Why IN THE HOLE Exists

America was built by people willing to work, take risks, build businesses, and chase opportunities.

But opportunity isn't always easy to find.

Every day, skilled people are looking for work while businesses are looking for skilled people. Great crews sit idle because sales slow down. Contractors lose valuable workers because they can't keep their calendars full. Projects fall behind because one delay creates another. We help construction professionals find qualified people, discover available work, fill scheduling gaps, access resources and build trusted relationships. Members negotiate their own work, pricing, schedules, contracts and payments.

We are not a staffing agency, general contractor, employer, construction management company or payment processor. We don't control labor pricing, require exclusivity or guarantee workmanship or payment.
